This applies to a single item purchased directly from our website and is available to first-time customers only. Refunds cover the product price only; shipping charges are not refundable. Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.

Photos are optional, but welcome if you're comfortable sharing—they help us improve and better support you. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

For health and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returned products. Our items are designed for personal care use, and once a product has left our facility, it can't be safely resold or restocked. For this reason, all orders are final once they've shipped.
